These terms govern the supply of website and marketing services by Eccleshall Websites and Marketing.

 

1. Services

We provide:

• Website design and development (primarily using Wix Studio)

• Website updates and improvements

• Digital marketing services

 

All services are provided as described on our website or agreed in writing.

 

2. Pricing

Typical pricing:

• Websites from £995

• Optional starter websites from £795

• Marketing services from £395 per month

 

All pricing is confirmed before work begins.

 

We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

 

3. Deposits

A £200 deposit is required to begin a website project.

 

This secures your project slot
Work will not begin until the deposit is received
The deposit is deducted from the final price

 

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

 

4. Payments
Final balance is due upon completion and before the website goes live
Marketing services are paid monthly in advance
Late payments may delay project delivery

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide required content (text, images, etc.)

• Respond to requests in a timely manner

• Ensure all provided content is accurate and lawful

Delays in providing materials may delay your project.

 

6. Revisions

We offer reasonable revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the final website.

 

However:

Revisions must relate to the agreed scope
Major changes or new features may incur additional costs

7. Timescales

Typical website build time:

 

7–14 days, depending on:

• project complexity

• speed of client responses

• availability of content

 

We are not liable for delays caused by missing information.

 

8. Cancellations

If you cancel:

• Before work begins → deposit may be refunded

• After work has started → deposit is non-refundable

 

If substantial work has been completed, additional charges may apply.

 

9. Liability

We will provide services with reasonable care and skill.

 

However, we are not liable for:

• Loss of business or revenue

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Third-party platform issues (e.g. Wix downtime)

10. Third-party services

Websites may rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Wix, hosting providers).

 

We are not responsible for issues outside our control.

 

11. Marketing services

Marketing results are not guaranteed, as they depend on:

• market conditions

• competition

• ad spend

• external factors

 

We will manage campaigns professionally but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

 

12. Intellectual property
The website becomes your property once fully paid
We may showcase work in our portfolio
You must have rights to any content you provide

13. Termination

We reserve the right to stop work if:

• payments are not made

• communication breaks down

• terms are breached

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
