This service covers server space and uptime only. Website updates, edits, plugin management, security updates, troubleshooting, and general maintenance are not included unless separately agreed in writing with Eccleshall Websites and Marketing.

By purchasing this hosting service, you agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining your WordPress core, plugins, themes, content and site security.

• Eccleshall Websites and Marketing is not responsible for issues arising from outdated software, third-party plugins, content changes, or external interference.

• Backup restoration requests may incur a fee unless caused by server failure.

• Hosting fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once the hosting period has begun.

• Non-payment may result in suspension of hosting.

For any updates, support, or maintenance work, a separate quotation will be provided.
